I've just been a registered voter for almost 30 years and this is the first cycle where I've been inundated with mailings. And - in case it wasn't clear - I changed my official party affiliation because having that "R" next to my name was something I no longer wanted (especially in this state). I still identify with many values that would be considered Republican values. Just not the ones that are about hate or exclusion or rigging the system so the rich get richer.
