I’m so proud to be German, and I think 1.FC Union Berlin is my new favorite club in the Fatherland (sorry, Karlsruher FC) thanks in part to this ad (thanks to my man Eddie Davidson for the tip).

    As if Union didn’t have enough to be proud of after its fans pitched in and helped build its new stadium.

    For all the hype the Premiership receives, Germany seems to have most of the good ideas. Affordable seats, supporter ownership, an open league (not just a top 2, 3 or 4) and most teams take an open, attacking approach.
