I had to get a shot of this when I saw the full moon rising tonight behind some palm trees.

Apparently they’re not actually bananas, but potatoes. I doubt these are what swung the 2018 World Cup vote, but you never know.

Fired by the Minnesota Vikings yesterday, Brad Childress was on my Phoenix city bus this morning, presumably checking the want ads.

Well, maybe not. But here’s the view from the roof of the tallest building in Arizona, anyway. I had to go up there today for something for work. At 38 stories, the Chase Tower is the Grand Canyon State’s tallest building.

I have no idea why the audio dropped out on the second clip, but I’m not inclined to go back and re-edit it.

Here are some high-rise hard working men, doing some work on the building across the street from me.

It’s an election year and that means some dirty tricks get played. By someone who’s either running against Rodney Glassman or who snickers anytime someone mentions the number 69.

This statue in downtown Phoenix, titled “Full Life Reach” is normally nude, but not this week, with the Suns playing the Los Angeles Lakers in the NBA’s Western Conference Finals. Thanks to Ron Artest, the Lakers lead 3-2 with Game 6 tomorrow night here. (Thanks to my dog Angela Cook for the photo.)
